Dr. Winne graduated from Ohio State University and earned her D.M.D degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has also earned a Master of Public Health degree from Harvard University and a Masters of Science degree from Ohio State University. In 1984 she was certified by The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Winne holds a staff appointment at the Maine General Medical Center in Augusta, Maine.
